The El Paso County Damage Prevention Council is organized exclusively as an awareness and education organization.
Our Mission
The mission of the El Paso County Damage Prevention Council is to establish an organization of facility owners/operators, excavators, Colorado 811 representatives, locators, state, county and city entities, and other interested parties striving to work together to keep people safe, reduce damages to underground facilities, create public awareness and promote the use of Colorado 811 throughout El Paso County.
